Design and Build

Coxdown Construction are experienced in, and have been appointed to design (or complete the design) and then to construct the works under one single contract between the client and ourselves.

Carpentry

We pride ourselves with the level of quality our in-house carpenters produce. Ranging from 1st and 2nd fix carpentry such as cut and pitch roof construction, installation of high-quality bespoke staircases as well as joinery made windows and much more.

Project Management

Coxdown Construction lead a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints. These constraints primarily revert to scope, time and budget. We endeavour to produce such a service to meet with unique goals and objectives to bring about beneficial change or
added value to the project.

Groundworks

Coxdown Construction carry out all aspects of groundworks with our highly experienced groundworks teams. Groundworks undertaken range from site enabling works. Trenching. All aspects of foundations. Specialist drainage fields. Sewage treatment plants. Landscaping and much more.

Formwork

Coxdown Construction carry out all formworks in-house and by doing so are able to manage this process efficiently. Formworks consist of traditional timber formwork. Engineered formwork systems. Modular slab formworks. and much more. All undertaken by our experienced groundworks team.

Environmental

It is common practise on our projects to use ground/air source heat pumps. Mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems. Electric car chargers. Solar and PV panels. Solar controlled glazing. Built in swift/swallow/bat boxes. Sedum roof system. Rainwater harvesting systems.
