Large groundworks and landscaping project.

Coxdown acting as a Sub-Contractor constructed the 1st and 2nd concrete floors. Landscaping works involved the construction of large boundary brickwork walls and electric main gates. Construction of large stairs leading onto patio areas of all different levels and sizes.
Incorporated within the design was a water feature as a focal point of the landscape. Forming of concrete retaining walls and ground slabs. Construct front entrance porch and convert the annexe above the triple garage. Carrying out slab work to garden patios and paths. Installation of all below ground drainage and surface drains. Constructing the main driveway and parking areas. Including the set of brickwork stairs and path leading to the front entrance door. Constructing a large soil bund along the front boundary line.
