The company was founded and continues to operate on the principle of providing high quality personal service throughout the construction process and continuing through after the project is completed. Besides providing comprehensive services to complete the project on time, Coxdown Construction Limited also takes pride in constructing the work with various other design professionals and aims to continue working with these professionals on future projects.

Ian Fieldwick Managing Director – Ian is an active participant in all project implementation, especially in the sphere contract administration and relations with the Client and Project Team. Barry Sullivan Director/Quantity Surveyor – As a partner of the firm, Barry has overseen many projects since he started working for Coxdown Construction Limited in 2012. Barry has a significant role as the company’s Quantity Surveyor. Working side by side with the Client and Project Team, overlooking the design and economics of the project and reporting to Architect/Contract Administrator. James Easter Project Consultant – James has 30+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Site Manager mainly building new houses and apartments. James started working for Coxdown Construction in 2014 and has delivered numerous projects to a very high standard. James strives to deliver every project on time by working closely with the project team and client. To achieve this goal James is committed to undertaking regular site visits, engaging with all sub-contractors and professionals and attending site meetings to oversee the works and programmes. Neil Sadler Site Manager – Neil has 30+ years of building experience and has been working for Coxdown Construction since it was founded in 2010. Undertaking numerous small works Neil has preceded to progress with the company’s expenditure by undertaking larger and more complicated projects. Neil works closely with the sub-contractors and the team at Coxdown Construction Limited. By attending all site meetings and reporting to James Easter, Neil receives the support he needs in delivering every project efficiently and correctly. Matt Couch Groundworks Site Manager – Matt has 20+ years of experience as a ground worker and site manager, undertaking large civil works and housing complexes. Matt started working for Coxdown Construction Limited when it was founded back in 2010.
